Frequently asked questions General Custom Items Shipping Boards Hats & Beanies What is your turnaround time? We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because our items are custom to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at fiftytwoandco@gmail.com. Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. We do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is possible or not. Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product? We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs. The only proof we can send if requested is a digital design proof. How can we reach you? SHIPPING & RETURNS Shipping Policy At Fifty Two & Co, we want to make sure you receive your leather patch hats in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments which usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Shipping costs for international orders vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged to international orders. Return & Exchange Policy We are confident that you will love your Fifty Two & Co leather patch hat, but we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@fiftytwoandco.com . We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
